1. Overview
Kolahoi Sheen Dairy Private Limited is committed to delivering fresh, high-quality dairy products. As our goods are perishable and consumable, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with food-safety requirements and the terms below.
2. Perishable goods
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are generally unable to accept the return of perishable dairy products once they have been delivered and accepted, except where the product is defective or does not meet the promised quality.
3. Eligibility for refund or replacement
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- The product delivered was damaged, spoiled or defective at the time of delivery;
- You received an incorrect item;
- The product was past its use-by date at the time of delivery.
4. How to request
To request a refund or replacement, contact us at docly.fit@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, with your order details and, where possible, a photograph of the affected product.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. The exact timing may depend on your payment provider.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, it can no longer be cancelled.
