1. Delivery coverage
We currently deliver to selected areas within and around Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. Coverage may expand over time. Please contact us to confirm whether we deliver to your location.
2. Freshness & cold chain
All perishable products are transported under refrigerated, temperature-controlled conditions to preserve freshness and safety from our facility to your doorstep.
3. Delivery schedule
- Standard deliveries are made during our business hours: Mon – Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
- Daily fresh items may follow fixed morning delivery windows.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery charges
Applicable delivery charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and may depend on order value and delivery location.
5. Receiving your order
Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries. We recommend inspecting products upon receipt and reporting any issues within 24 hours in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
6. Failed deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we may be unable to re-attempt delivery of perishable items, and charges may still apply.
